1. Introduction

WA MSG PRO ("the Extension") is a Chrome extension that allows users to send WhatsApp messages to multiple contacts. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

2. Data We Collect

The Extension collects only the minimum data necessary to function:

Email address — used for account login and identification
API key — a randomly generated token stored locally to authenticate requests
Subscription plan and expiry date — stored locally to display account status
Sending logs — number of messages sent, start/end time, duration. Used to help diagnose issues.

We do not collect message content, phone numbers, or any WhatsApp conversation data.

3. How We Use Your Data

To authenticate your account and validate your subscription
To connect your WhatsApp session to our backend server
To store sending logs for support and troubleshooting purposes

We do not sell, share, or rent your data to any third party.

4. Data Storage

Your session data (API key, email, plan) is stored locally in your browser using chrome.storage.local. It never leaves your device except when communicating with our authentication API.

Sending logs are transmitted to our server only when you choose to send them, or automatically at the end of a sending session for monitoring purposes.

5. Data Retention

Sending logs are retained on our server for a maximum of 90 days. Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the data we hold about you
Request correction or deletion of your data
Withdraw consent at any time by uninstalling the extension
